One of the actions undertaken at the first Committee meeting following the AGM is to keep the web site more up-to-date. As a result, the Committee will be undergoing training in how to manage events and news items! This should mean that key information should be available to members sooner than it has been. It should also mean that information is more accurate when it arrives; as it will have been created by someone involved in whatever is being added.

At the AGM, Alan Arnott announced his decision to stand down as President of Polnoon. He has been in place for 10 years. He said "Whoever takes on the role will have a great time. Polnoon is a fantastic Club with wonderful members." We now know that Kirstie MacGillivray has taken up the challenge and will lead the Club. We all wish her well in this new era.
